Most days feel like this? You're in the right place.
Women and men can both do this program.
The real reason you crash
When your blood sugar spikes and drops all day, your body answers with stress hormones, hunger signals and fat storage. So it can look like a lot of separate problems. Often, it's one.
A spike after lunch, then a fast drop. Your brain feels it first.
An overnight dip sets off adrenaline and cortisol to lift it. That wakes you, and then you notice your bladder.
The drop after a spike feels like hunger, even when you've eaten enough.
Insulin is a storage hormone. When it runs high all day, fat stays put, often around your middle.
Women with PMS tend to run lower blood sugar across their cycle. Those dips can feed the cravings, mood swings and irritability.
None of this is in your head. It's a pattern, and a pattern can be changed.
Your blood test is done before you've eaten. So it can come back normal, even when you crash every afternoon. A small sensor on your arm checks your blood sugar every few minutes, day and night.
HbA1c averages about three months, so the spikes and dips cancel out. It can look fine while your days don't.
In a study of 6,500 people, the warning signs were already there 13 years before a type 2 diagnosis. Fasting glucose only jumped in the last three.
In a Stanford study, some people with normal standard tests spent up to 15% of their day in the prediabetic range on a sensor.
Example day, not a real client.
You already feel the 10am dip, the 3pm crash and the 3am wake up. Now we can see them, and fix what's causing them.
Most programs hand you a plan and check in once a week. This one runs in real time. You send us your meals, your stress, your sleep, your training and how you feel, as it happens. For the first 15 days we read it against your sensor. For the last 15, with the sensor off, we keep adjusting until it holds on its own.
From that, your practitioner builds and keeps tuning
All of it is set up to steady your blood sugar. That gives you the best chance of losing fat, keeping or building muscle, and easing the things you ticked at the top of this page. It's also the kind of change linked with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
Changes start in your first session. Not after two weeks of watching.
Put your sensor on the night before. On your first 60 minute call, we go through your health and what a normal day looks like for you. You leave with your first protocol.
Send us your meals, your sleep, your stress and your training as they happen. We match it to your blood sugar and tweak your protocol as we go.
On your second 60 minute call, we go through your numbers together and update your protocol. Then the sensor comes off.
You keep sending us your days and we keep adjusting. On your final 60 minute call, you get your final protocol, built to last.
You put it on the night before you start, so day one is a normal day.
Three full 60 minute consults: your first call, your results call and your final review.
Snap your meals and send them to us on Voxer. We check them against your numbers and change your plan as you go.
At the start, the middle and the end, each one built from your numbers. What to eat, when to eat, and how to set up your day. Yours to keep.
Simple recipes that keep your blood sugar steady.
See your blood sugar on your own dashboard, and note your meals, sleep, stress and exercise as you go.
Your sensor, three 60 minute video calls, 30 days of messaging, three versions of your protocol, your dashboard, the recipes and the tracker.

Is it right for me
Your blood test checks one moment, before you've eaten. The crashes, cravings and 3am wake ups happen the rest of the day. The sensor shows us those.
No. We use it to see how your body reacts to food, sleep and stress. It doesn't diagnose anything. If you have diabetes or take medicine for your blood sugar, talk to your doctor first and tell us on your call.
Yes. The program runs the same way for everyone.
It's a blood sugar program. Steadier blood sugar gives you the best chance of losing fat and keeping or building muscle, so body composition often moves with it. But the goal is how you feel and function, not just the number on the scales.
Yes. Blood sugar often gets harder to manage through perimenopause, which makes this a good time to see what's actually going on.
Yes. When and how much you eat around your training is part of your protocol, and we can see how your sessions affect your blood sugar.
Yes. Your protocol is built around your biology and your needs, including how you already eat. It's not a template.
Yes. We build your protocol around your actual day, not an ideal one. The stress and sleep parts are made to fit the life you have.
We hear this the most. It's why you don't do this alone. We change a few things at a time, starting with what matters most for you, and we're with you every day.
This isn't a diet. We change what you eat, when you eat and how your day is set up, based on your own numbers.
How it works
Mostly a few moments at a time. You snap your meals and send them to us on Voxer, with a quick note on your sleep, stress and training. Then there are three 60 minute calls across the 30 days.
Voxer is a free messaging app. You can send photos, voice notes and text, which is how you'll send us your meals and your day. We'll help you set it up.
We don't start from a list of banned foods. Your protocol comes from your own numbers, so we change what your body shows us needs changing. Often that's the size, timing or pairing of a meal rather than cutting a food out.
That's what the last 15 days are for. You follow your protocol without the sensor, and we fix anything that isn't working before we finish.
You keep your final protocol and your recipes. By then you'll know what your body needs and why, without needing the sensor to tell you.
Yes. Your calls are on video and everything in between happens on Voxer.
The sensor
It's about the size of a coin and sits on the back of your arm. Most people barely feel it go on and soon forget it's there. You can shower and exercise with it.
Look after it. If it stops working, we'll help you ask the maker for a new one, but it's their call. The program fee can't be refunded.
Cost and joining
Because it's an intensive. You get a practitioner working with you every day for 30 days, three full 60 minute consults, your sensor, three versions of your protocol, your dashboard and the recipes. Most programs check in once a week. This one runs in real time.
