The Precision
Rhythm Method

You have spent years trying to understand what is happening with your cycle and your hormones, without a clear path forward. This is a focused 3 month program to finally understand your cycle, and stop it running your life.

Share where you are at in a short form. We read every story personally before arranging a time to talk.

"Normal"
What a standard hormone test shows, even when your cycle clearly is not

This is for you if

The pain stops me in my tracks, and I have been told that is just what periods are.

The week or two before my period, I lose myself. My mood, my energy, my patience, gone.

My periods are so heavy I plan my life around them, the clothes I can wear, where I can be, what I can do.

The exhaustion around my period floors me, and no one seems to take it seriously.

My cycle has never been predictable, and no one has ever explained why.

I was on hormonal birth control for years, and since coming off it my cycle has never made sense.

Every test I take comes back normal, while I sit there knowing something is not.

I just know that so many of my symptoms are related back to my hormones, but I have no idea where to start.

You do not need all of these. Even one is worth understanding, because heavy, painful, exhausting, unpredictable, or the mood before it, they so often trace back to the same place. That is exactly what we look at.

You are not imagining it.

There is a difference between a cycle that is common and a cycle that is normal. Troublesome cycles are common. That does not mean yours is nothing.

Most women who raise it are told their bloods are fine, because a standard blood test was never designed to see what a cycle is actually doing. So the picture gets called normal, and you get sent away, still feeling exactly as you did.

It was never that you were exaggerating. It is that no one had looked properly enough to tell you what was going on.

One morning versus one month

Your hormones move like a dance. A standard blood test sees a single freeze frame of it.

Hormone levels across a 28 day cycle, against a day 3 blood test Estrogen, LH, FSH, progesterone and testosterone each rise and fall at different points across the cycle. A blood panel taken on day 3 catches all of them near their lowest point, so the results read as normal. Estrogen LH Progesterone FSH Testosterone GP BLOOD PANEL · DAY 3 FSH 6.2 mIU/mL LH 4.8 mIU/mL Estradiol 45 pg/mL “All normal.” Day 3 Day 14 Day 21 Day 28 Follicular Ovulation Luteal

Day 3 is when most GP panels get run, and it is the quietest point in the whole month. Every hormone here is near the floor, so the numbers come back inside range and the month gets called normal. Nothing that actually happens across your cycle is in that result.

Illustrative pattern of a typical 28 day cycle, not measured data.

Why a standard blood test kept missing it.

There is a reason your bloods came back normal while you did not feel normal. A standard hormone blood test shows a handful of hormone levels at a single moment in time. It cannot show what your hormones are actually doing across a day, or how your body is processing them. The EndoMAP does.

Why these years matter more than anyone tells you.

You already feel it, the quiet worries underneath the everyday. Here is what the research actually says, and why understanding your hormones now is one of the most valuable things you can do.

01

A normal looking cycle can still be failing you.

Around a third of normal looking cycles are quietly not ovulating as they should, linked to changes you cannot feel happening. You cannot see this from your cycle, or from a standard blood test. The only way to know is hormone testing timed to your cycle, which is exactly what the EndoMAP does.

02

Your fertility is being shaped right now.

Cycles that vary widely in length have been linked to around a quarter of the fertility of regular ones, and a cycle that is troublesome in any way is often a signal of something underneath. The EndoMAP shows what is driving it, so it can be understood and supported now, while you have the most room to work with.

03

What you feel now predicts what comes next.

Women with significant premenstrual symptoms were found to be over two and a half times more likely to reach perimenopause early. This is not something to wait out. Understanding your hormones now, with the data and the support to act on it, is how you shape the way you move through what comes next.

04

Your cycle is a vital sign for your whole life.

In a study of nearly 80,000 women, researchers found menstrual cycle patterns were so closely tied to long term health that they concluded your cycle should be treated as a vital sign, like your blood pressure or your heart rate. It is one of the clearest early readouts your body gives on the decades ahead. The difference is that blood pressure gets checked, and your cycle almost never does. This is where it finally gets read properly.

If you have symptoms now, your body is already telling you something. This is not just about your next period. It is about reading the signal your body has been sending all along, while you still have the most power to act on it.

This is why nothing has worked.

If you have tried eating better, the supplements from your feed, the tracking apps, coming off the pill, going back on it, and still feel like this, it does not mean your body is failing.

It means the effort went to generic advice instead of your body. You cannot fix a cycle you have never actually seen. That is why we test first, read it properly, then build the plan around what your results actually show.

Introducing

The Precision Rhythm Method.

Most approaches guess, then hope. This is the opposite. A clear four step path that takes you from years of not knowing, to seeing exactly what your body is doing, to changing it, guided by our team of clinical nutritionists and functional health practitioners. The same path every woman here walks, built around your own results.

01
Data

We start with the full picture of your hormones, the real data a standard test never gives you, timed to your cycle so nothing is missed. For the first time, what you have been feeling has something solid behind it.

02
Decode

We read your results the way almost no one does, as a connected story rather than a page of numbers. This is where the reason behind your symptoms finally becomes clear, in one place, at last.

03
Translate

We turn that story into your life. Why your worst week feels the way it does, why your energy sits where it does, and exactly what it means for you. Understanding, not another list of things to fix.

04
Rebalance

Then we change it. A plan built entirely around your results, with the support to actually follow it, so you move from finally understanding your body to finally feeling like yourself.

The work itself

How we actually fix this.

Every part of the program exists to move you from not knowing, to understanding, to changing it. Here is how.

We sit down and make sense of it, together

A 90 minute VIP results session where we walk through your results and connect them to exactly what you have been feeling. You leave understanding your own body, often for the first time.

You get a plan built for your body, not a generic one

A personalised protocol drawn from your results, plus your starter minerals and foundations. The specific levers for your hormones, so your effort finally goes where it counts.

We work it through with you, not hand it over

Three 60 minute follow ups across the program to adjust, troubleshoot, and keep you moving, plus your practitioner in your pocket for support between sessions. You are never left staring at your results alone.

You learn how your body actually works

A guided module each week, yours to keep, so you understand the why behind every change and never have to hand your body back to guesswork again.

The difference

What the EndoMAP sees that a blood test cannot.

A complete map of your hormones and how your body is processing them, read across hours of practitioner review. The moment the invisible becomes visible.

ESTROGEN CLEARANCE Estrogen 2-OH 4-OH 16-OH Cleared Active Same level. Different pathway.

It shows why your symptoms are happening, not just that they are

Two women can have the same estrogen level and only one has heavy periods, sore breasts and mood swings. The difference is how her body clears it. A blood test cannot see that. The EndoMAP can.

CORTISOL RHYTHM EXPECTED YOURS WAKE NIGHT A whole day. Not one moment.

It explains the 3am wake ups and the afternoon crash

Waking wired at night, or hitting a wall every afternoon, is your stress hormones out of rhythm. One blood draw catches a single moment. The EndoMAP maps the whole day, so we can see where the rhythm slipped.

SYMPTOM MATCH 0% Estrogen dominance / progesterone deficiency of your reported symptoms

It shows why the week before your period is so hard

The mood, the anxiety, the losing yourself, comes down to a specific hormone pathway. We read it at the exact point in your cycle where it shows up, so your worst week finally has a mechanism behind it.

HORMONE FINGERPRINT 67% 67% 59% 56% 52% 50% 47% 33% Eight patterns. One root-cause map.

It gets to the root of the cycle issues you have always had

Unpredictable cycles, relentless PMS, a body that has never quite worked the way it should. The EndoMAP shows the patterns underneath them, the ones a standard panel never breaks out.

The levers

The tools we use to change it.

These are not vague wellness suggestions. They are precise, evidence based levers that influence how your body produces, uses, and clears its hormones. Your EndoMAP tells us which ones matter most for you, so nothing is generic and nothing is wasted.

Circadian and light signals

Light exposure, sleep timing, and meal timing, the inputs that set your hormonal rhythm and directly shape cortisol and melatonin.

Why it worksNurses on night or rotating shifts had around 30% higher odds of an irregular cycle than day-shift workers.

Lawson CC et al, Epidemiology, 2011.

Nutrition, macros and micros

The specific building blocks your body needs to make hormones, matched to what your results show is missing.

Why it worksWhen energy availability dropped below 30 kcal per kg of lean mass a day, the LH pulsing that drives ovulation was disrupted within five days.

Loucks AB & Thuma JR, J Clin Endocrinol Metab, 2003.

Blood sugar regulation

Stabilising blood sugar, one of the most powerful and underused levers for steady hormones and steady moods.

Why it worksPooled across trials, lifestyle change improved fasting insulin, testosterone and hirsutism in women with PCOS.

Lim SS et al, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2019.

Estrogen clearance support

Supporting the exact pathways your EndoMAP shows you are clearing estrogen through, a lever a standard approach never even sees.

Why it worksLifting fibre from about 15 g to 30 g a day for two months lowered serum estrone and estradiol in premenopausal women.

Rose DP et al, Am J Clin Nutr, 1991.

Movement, matched to your cycle

The right kind of training at the right time, tuned to your cortisol pattern and your phases, rather than pushing against them.

Why it worksAcross seven randomised trials, exercise produced a large reduction in overall PMS scores against comparators.

Exercise for premenstrual syndrome, systematic review and meta-analysis, BJGP Open, 2020.

Stress and nervous system regulation

Targeted down regulation for your specific cortisol picture, because the stress axis quietly steals from your sex hormones.

Why it worksWomen with severe PMS practising a twice-daily relaxation response improved significantly more in physical symptoms than reading or charting.

Goodale IL, Domar AD & Benson H, Obstetrics & Gynecology, 1990.

Practitioner only supplementation

High quality practitioner only formulations, prescribed to your results, not a shelf of guesses from your feed.

Why it worksIn a placebo-controlled trial, 52% of women on a standardised Vitex agnus-castus extract responded, against 24% on placebo.

Schellenberg R, BMJ, 2001.

Food, meal planning and cycle syncing

The what, when and how of eating, aligned to your cycle so your nutrition works with your body instead of against it.

Why it worksOn a low fat, higher fibre diet, sex hormone binding globulin rose and period pain fell from 3.9 to 2.7 days.

Barnard ND et al, Obstetrics & Gynecology, 2000.

Why this one is different from everything you have tried.

You know the pattern. You buy the course, the supplements, the program, and three weeks later it is sitting untouched while you feel exactly the same. That does not happen here, and not by accident.

This is not a course you have to motivate yourself through. It is a three month clinical relationship, led by a practitioner reading your actual data and building each step around it. You are guided, checked in on, and adjusted, the whole way through.

Every plan is drawn from your results, so there is nothing generic to lose interest in, and because someone is walking it with you, you do not quietly fall off in week three. Real data and a real practitioner: that is the difference between understanding your body and buying one more thing that never gets used.

Before you ask

Questions, answered.

How do I know this is right for me?

That is what the discovery call is for. You share where you are at in a short form, we read it before we speak, and then we work out together whether this is the right next step. Some women who apply are a better fit for the Female Biological Reset, and the call sorts that out.

What does the testing actually involve?

One test, done properly: the EndoMAP, a complete dried urine hormone map timed to your cycle rather than taking a single snapshot of it. Your results are then read across hours of practitioner review before you sit down for your 90 minute results session.

What is the time commitment across the 3 months?

Five one to one sessions: a kickoff to map your cycle and your story, a 90 minute VIP results session, and three 60 minute follow ups. Alongside that, one guided module a week that you move through at your own pace, plus direct support from your practitioner in between.

Is three months really long enough?

An honest word before you decide. Three months is enough time to understand your body properly and to start working with it, and it is not a magic fix. Hormones shift gradually, and everyone is different, so this is the beginning of working with your body well, not an overnight change. What we can promise is a proper investigation, a clear explanation, and real support the whole way through.

What does it cost, and can I pay it off?

$3,700 AUD in full, or a $1,000 deposit followed by three monthly payments of $900. No interest and no hidden fees. Either way the price covers everything listed above: the EndoMAP, all five consults, your personalised protocol, starter supplements, the weekly modules and practitioner support.
